What is Sparkbake?
Delicious, plant-based snack foods prepared in small batches. Each menu item prepared mindfully with nutrient-rich ingredients. Free from dairy, gluten, refined sugar, and additives.

Is Sparkbake keto-friendly?
Not all our products align with a strict ketogenic diet however, our Chocolate Bars are perhaps keto-friendliest.
To ensure the freshest flavors every time, Sparkbake foods are prepared in small-batches and carefully made available at all points of sale.
Is Sparkbake vegan?
Yes, all Sparkbake foods are vegan and also are prepared in an all-vegan-kitchen.
Is Sparkbake gluten free?
Yes. Sparkbake foods are prepared in a dedicated facility that does not include any gluten ingredients. Furthermore, to avoid cross-contamination, production is carried out in small batches, one item/flavor per schedule.

Do Sparkbake products contain allergens?
Yes. Our products are created with nuts, seeds and spices. Allergens vary by flavor and we recommend always checking nutritional facts. Sparkbake products are prepared in a facility that also handles peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds.
Is Sparkbake safe for kids?
Sparkbake may not be safe for kids with allergy concerns; especially for those who are prone to nut and seed allergies. Allergens vary by flavor and we recommend always checking nutritional facts or checking with you doctor before consuming.
Where can I buy Sparkbake?
Do you offer free samples?
Unfortunately we can’t deliver individual packs to send as samples. But if you are not completely satisfied with Sparkbake products you may return the product - please see our returns policy for more details.
How soon are out-of-stock items made available?
Our apologies for any low stock or out-of-stock items. A replenishment should be available very soon.
Since we only want the freshest stock to be available for sale, production is intentionally limited. Please write to us at email@example.com for more updates.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
Do you have a reseller program?
We sure do, and greatly appreciate your interest in our brand. In order to continually deliver the highest value to our consumers at all points of sale our collaborations are selective.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. For more information, please visit our delivery policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
For Dubai, delivery is free for all orders over AED 200, otherwise a fee of AED 15.00 is charged. For Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates a delivery fee of AED 22.00 is applicable for all deliveries.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are fulfilled 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday to Thursday. Same-day delivery is available for Dubai only.
Orders for Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates are fulfilled within 2-3 working days. Please view our delivery schedule here.
Items freshly baked on order are fulfilled within 1-2 working days.
Could I schedule delivery for a Gift Box?
For Dubai, please schedule your delivery at check out. For Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates, please schedule deliveries at least 2 working-days in advance, leaving notes for preferred delivery date/time at check out.
We will try our best to accommodate all deliveries at requested times.
How do I track my order?
As soon as an order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation email and a tracking ID, if available, will be sent to you. You could also conveniently track your order using the Shop App.
Is there a minimum delivery order?
There is no minimum order required for delivery.

How should Sparkbake products be stored?
Since our menu items are free from preservatives they should be stored in a cool place or refrigerated to ensure freshness. Our chocolate bars are made with raw-cacao and should be stored below 18°C or ideally refrigerated.
What is product shelf-life?
Shelf life varies by menu item, and details are available on product pages. We recommend consuming before the date printed on packaging, to truly enjoy freshest flavors.
Exchanges & Returns
How can I return my Sparkbake purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a refund. Please visit our returns policy for more information.
What do I do if my product is defective/damaged?
Sparkbake products undergo thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to the highest standards. However, if you find a damaged or defective item upon arrival that doesn't meet your expectations, please send us a photo of the defect so that we can assess the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the items or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind you can cancel your order before it is sent out for delivery. All refunds will be made back to the original method of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. For order cancellation please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
