1. General Information
Items offered on Sparkbake.com are available for delivery to addresses within Dubai only. Sparkbake deliveries are fulfilled by EM & H Bakehouse and reputable third-party courier partners including Quiqup, and Transcorp.
2. Order Confirmation
Once an order is accepted you will receive an email and an SMS notification with your order summary and the total amount billed. Another notification via both email and SMS will be sent once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Schedule and Tracking
As soon as an order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation email, and if available, a tracking ID number is sent.
4. Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 13:00, Saturday to Thursday. Please note, this excludes items that are freshly baked on order.
5. Items Baked on Order
Freshly baked on order items, including Brunch Muffins, Tea Cookies and Brownies are delivered within 1-2 working days in Dubai.
6. Orders on Weekend or Public Holidays
Any orders placed on Thursday after 13:00 and either on Friday will be processed on the following day. No orders are processed over weekends, and on public holidays.
7. Delivery Fees
Delivery is free for all orders over AED 120, otherwise a fee of AED 18.00 is charged.
8. Order Receiving
We will try our best to accommodate all deliveries at requested times however we cannot guarantee this. Please note, it is customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address details are provided and for a recipient to be available for delivery at given time. Any additional expenses incurred due to order re-shipments would be borne by the customer.
9. Order Delays
If for some reason an order does not arrive within the specified time please get in touch with us via our website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +9714 423 8099. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of order.

Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. In an unlikely event that an item is not in stock at the time of order placement, a notification will be sent to you and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
12. Damaged Items
Sparkbake products undergo thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to the highest standards. However, if you find a damaged or defective item upon arrival that doesn't meet your expectations, please send us a photo of the defect so that we can assess the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the items or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
