1. General Information
Items offered on sparkbake.com are available for delivery to addresses within 12km of our bistro at the Times Square Center in Al Qouz. Sparkbake deliveries are fulfilled by reputable third-party courier partners including Quiqup, Lyve and Jeebly.
2. Order Confirmation
Once an order is accepted you will receive an email and an SMS notification with your order summary and the total amount billed. Another notification via both email and SMS will be sent once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Schedule and Time
Delivery can be scheduled at checkout. We are open for delivery between 10:00am to 10:00pm everyday.
4. Minimum Order Value and Delivery Fees
Minimum order value is set at AED 50.00 and delivery fees for our coverage area is AED 9.00 per order.
5. Order Receiving
We will try our best to accommodate all deliveries at requested times however we cannot guarantee this. Please note, it is customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address details are provided and for a recipient to be available for delivery at given time. Any additional expenses incurred due to order re-deliver would be borne by the customer.
6. Order Delays
If for some reason an order does not arrive within the specified time please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +9714 423 8099. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of order.
7. Out-of-Stock Items
Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. In an unlikely event that an item is not in stock at the time of order placement, a notification will be sent to you and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
8. Damaged Items
Sparkbake menu items undergo thorough quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to the highest standards. However, if you find a damaged or defective item upon arrival that doesn't meet your expectations, please send us a photo of the defect so that we can assess the situation and prevent it from happening again. We will either replace the items or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
