Research and development. We enjoy nothing more than to create new recipes and newer (and improved) versions of existing recipes. This time, we’re working on our newest menu items - freshly baked tea cookies. The goal: a perfect balance between crispy edges and a soft, chewy center. 

Prepared without dairy, gluten, yeast and refined sugar, our tea cookies will be available to buy online and at our Times Square Center kiosk shortly.
